La seua recent rehabilitaci\u00f3 i la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un itinerari senderista que les uneix i acosta hui m\u00e9s que mai, ha sigut una iniciativa promoguda per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Montanejos amb l&#8217;ajuda dels Fons Leader gestionats pel Grup d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Local Castell\u00f3n Sur 14-20.   <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abL&#8217;objectiu passa per habilitar fonts naturals que es perdien, i posar en valor el nostre paratge i patrimoni natural i cultural\u00bb, afirma Juan Miguel Fern\u00e1ndez, Agent de Desenvolupament Local de Montanejos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload aligncenter size-large wp-image-1355\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%271024%27%20height%3D%271024%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%201024%201024%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%271024%27%20height%3D%271024%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/galcastellonsur1420.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/foto-gal-fuente-montanejos-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\">Formant un itinerari circular d&#8217;uns 15 km, la rehabilitaci\u00f3 no sols ha acostat noves rutes senderistes, sin\u00f3 que ha retornat la vida a aquestes fonts que es perdien entre el paratge i l&#8217;acc\u00e9s del qual era m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil que mai. Al costat de les necess\u00e0ries tasques d&#8217;esbrosse en els voltants de les fonts, el projecte, realitzat per l&#8217;empresa especialitzada en senderisme interpretatiu M\u00e1xima Aventura arrelada a Montanejos, tamb\u00e9 contemplava com a objectiu prioritari la sostenibilitat ambiental del paratge. \u00abLes fonts semblaven abandonades i molta de la seua aigua es perdia pel llit sense que tingueren cap \u00fas. Hav\u00edem d&#8217;aprofitar tota eixa riquesa\u00bb, defensa Juan Miguel Fern\u00e1ndez, que tamb\u00e9 posa l&#8217;accent en la protecci\u00f3 de la fauna i flora aut\u00f2ctona, protegida gr\u00e0cies a la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;abeuradors que garanteixen l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;aigua per a moltes esp\u00e8cies.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abL&#8217;itinerari pret\u00e9n aprofitar cada recurs del qual disposem, i acostar llocs tradicionals a tota la societat\u00bb exposa l&#8217;Agent de Desenvolupament Local de la localitat de l&#8217;Alto Mijares, perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;itinerari connecta les esmentades 5 fonts i constitueix un altre atractiu tur\u00edstic local relacionat amb el senderisme. En aquest mateix sentit, David Vizca\u00edno, Director de la Fundaci\u00f3 Turisme de Montanejos, reitera la intenci\u00f3 d&#8217;adequar l&#8217;entorn mediambiental de la localitat per a la pr\u00e0ctica senderista amb senyalitzacions i panells explicatius sobre cadascuna de les fonts.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vizcainoi esclareix que el projecte tamb\u00e9 gira entorn de \u00abcon\u00e9ixer les funcions que aquestes fonts tenien en el seu entorn m\u00e9s immediat i com funcionaven en l&#8217;entorn socioecon\u00f2mic de fa molts anys\u00bb, labor que haguera sigut impossible sense l&#8217;ajuda i participaci\u00f3 de la gent gran del poble que van permetre contextualitzar com s&#8217;utilitzaven en el territori m\u00e9s immediat. \u00abA partir de la mem\u00f2ria dels m\u00e9s majors s&#8217;ha posat en valor les fonts en el seu territori m\u00e9s immediat. Volem comptar de primera m\u00e0 la gran import\u00e0ncia que van tindre aquestes fonts per al desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic i social del nostre poble\u00bb reitera Vizcaino en relacionar la sostenibilitat de les activitats agropecu\u00e0ries amb l&#8217;\u00fas de l&#8217;aigua provinent de les fonts.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload aligncenter size-large wp-image-1356\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%271024%27%20height%3D%271024%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%201024%201024%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%271024%27%20height%3D%271024%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/galcastellonsur1420.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/foto-gal-fuente-montanejos2-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\">Fonts com el Canturro, el Cubillo o el Chorrador estan situades en els voltants del Castell medieval de Montanejos, i proporcionaven aigua per a sostindre sistemes de micro regue per a llegums en zones tradicionalment de sec\u00e0. Encara que siga un cas concret del seu \u00fas i import\u00e0ncia en la hist\u00f2ria, aquest no \u00e9s un fet a\u00efllat perqu\u00e8 encara hui la font del Chorrador aporta aigua a la font de la pla\u00e7a de Montanejos.
