\u201cI JORNADA DE DINAMITZACI\u00d3 RURAL I JOVENTUT\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

La “I JORNADA DE DINAMITZACI\u00d3 RURAL I JOVENTUT” organitzada per la Mancomunidad Alto Palancia, l’Ajuntament de Sot de Ferrer, l’Ajuntament de Geldo, l’IVAJ i el nostre Grup d’Acci\u00f3 Local ha girat entorn de la despoblaci\u00f3 i l’apoderament juvenil en els territoris rurals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oberta a joves en general, agents de desenvolupament, t\u00e8cnics i regidories de Joventut, en particular, ha comen\u00e7at a primera hora del mat\u00ed amb la benvinguda institucional del President de la Mancomunidad del Alto Palancia i Vicenpresidente del GAL Castell\u00f3 Sud 14-20, Ram\u00f3n Mart\u00ednez, que despr\u00e9s de realitzar una an\u00e0lisi de la situaci\u00f3 socioecon\u00f2mica de la Comarca del Palancia va cedir la paraula a Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ed, Director General de l’Institut Valenci\u00e0 de la Joventut que ha destacat que \u00e9s necessari que el medi rural siga un lloc on les persones joves desenvolupen els seus projectes de vida.<\/p>\n

La jornada ha continuat amb la presentaci\u00f3 del projecte de Cooperaci\u00f3 Leader \u201cJoves Dinamitzadors Rurals (JDR)\u201d<\/a>, un projecte promogut per 14 Grups d’Acci\u00f3 Local d’Arag\u00f3. Gloria Villalba, Coordinadora de l’\u00c0rea de Joventut de la Comarcar del Jiloca a explicat que \u201cJDR aposta per la perman\u00e8ncia del medi rural aragon\u00e9s, basant-se en el valor m\u00e9s esc\u00e0s per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 m\u00e9s potent que tenen els nostres pobles: els joves.\u201d <\/p>\n

Per a finalitzar aquesta primera part, Sebasti\u00e1n Mata, Alcalde de Mald\u00e0 i representant de \u201cMunixic\u201d<\/a> ha exposat aquest moviment que agrupa m\u00e9s de 15 Regidories de Joventut de les comarques del Segri\u00e0, el Pla d’Urgell, l’Urgell i el Solson\u00e8sy de Lleida l’objectiu del qual \u00e9s que sorgisquen alternatives i propostes per a evitar la despoblaci\u00f3 juvenil del m\u00f3n rural i contrarestar la igualtat d’oportunitats entre els joves de les \u00e0rees urbanes i de les \u00e0rees rurals. En definitiva un moviment creat per a compartir experi\u00e8ncia i impulsar accions que ajuden a fixar la poblaci\u00f3 jove als pobles xicotets. <\/p>\n

Ja a la vesprada, ha tingut lloc un taller participatiu amb diferents din\u00e0miques que han partit de les idees generals exposades i debatudes durant la sessi\u00f3 matinal. La primera din\u00e0mica s’ha dedicat a con\u00e9ixer les necessitats existents en el territori. En xicotets grups de treball s’ha realitzat una reflexi\u00f3 conjunta de quins s\u00f3n les principals necessitats a fer front, s’ha realitzat una pluja d’idees sobre possibles actuacions que es podrien dur a terme per a afrontar eixes necessitats al mateix temps que eren exposades inquietuds socials o culturals i s’ha finalitzat amb la creaci\u00f3 de vincles entre els diferents grups. L’objectiu final ha sigut crear una xarxa de vincles que han perm\u00e9s que apareguen esbossades unes propostes. <\/p>\n

A partir de les propostes sorgides s’ha realitzat una segona din\u00e0mica d’an\u00e0lisi utilitzant t\u00e8cniques com el Sociograma o el DAFO, identificant els diferents agents socials que podrien participar en l’elaboraci\u00f3 i posada en marxa del projecte esbossat, sobre quins col\u00b7lectius s’actuaria i definint per tant les possibles l\u00ednies d’actuaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
